How does hyaluronic acid work?
Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of our body, it binds water molecules and retains the moisture content of cells, therefore it increases and preserves the elasticity and radiance of the skin, hydrates and replenishes volume. During wrinkle filling, a thin needle or a flexible cannula with a blunt end is used to deliver the filler into the skin, which smooths out wrinkles and softens the features. As a result of wrinkle filling, the skin regains its natural youth and a more aesthetic face is obtained.

As a sign of the intervention, a small dot appears on the face at the place of the needle punctures, but these disappear without a trace in 1-2 days. Hyaluronic acid has a huge advantage that it does not cause harmful side effects either in the short or long term, since hyaluronic acid is an absorbable – reversible – substance and breaks down with the help of enzymes after a year and a half.

The result of wrinkle filling is therefore expected to decrease after 6-10 months, that is, in order to preserve the youthful, wrinkle-free appearance of the skin, it is advisable to repeat the procedure. In combination with mimic wrinkle treatment, the durability of the treatment can be significantly increased, and an even more harmonious face can be achieved.
